Our Policy

Because our products are made-to-order and printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item received
  • Significant printing error (misaligned, faded, or incorrect design)
  • Item lost in transit (not delivered within 30 days)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Wrong size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
  • Change of mind after ordering
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Orders with incorrect shipping address provided by customer

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  1. Email hello@rodgersrefined.com
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach a photo of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
